This fall we will be kicking off a new project with Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department to help plan and design for Eagles Landing Neighborhood Park. This park will feature a variety of nature based recreation opportunities that will be gently nestled into a lush forest and stream landscape. Construction is slated for fall 2015. We will keep you posted on our progress.

Looking forward to presenting at the Municipal Association of South Carolina’s meeting in a few weeks at Edventure in Columbia. Talking about how to move your greenway and trail project forward with and without funding. Of course the “without funding” is a little bit harder.

Thrilled to be working on four City of Charlotte urban design projects this year. We are helping to improve local neighborhoods and transit options by encouraging and fostering positive community engagement. Listening and learning before designing.

We are excited to be working on a new NCAA baseball infield practice facility for the University of North Carolina Wilmington.  This facility will feature a state of the art synthetic turf field designed specifically for baseball and allow for many hours of efficient practice and instruction.

It’s been a great summer so far and we are thrilled to be working on the new Anne Springs Close Greenway Amphitheater. It should be open this fall. Stay tuned for details.
